Definitely see a step up from the previous game! I especially love the improvement in art and animation. Not to mention, even though I can obviously tell where the inspiration came from, there's still a lot of original ideas and dialogue in this. If there were some critiques, please make more of the rooms usable (like the boy's bedroom or some of the classrooms), and clarify what puzzles do, like the circuit breaker puzzle. And also...why is there so many "drag away the papers" puzzles? Other than tho, a really solid game!
Very late to respond, but thanks for the reply anyways.
Also I just like the dragging paper puzzle too much to only use it once.
I haven't completed it yet, but not too shabby! I love the art style and visuals, and the creative Mario like twist on a simple platform. Of course tho, some complaints are:
The game can be glitchy and hard to understand, like on the wood block level I kept getting softlocked by advancing through the level but ended up not with the same screen, making the next level near impossible to play. I also wish that when you replayed, it had a feature to start from levels you've already completed, as opposed to having to go through the whole thing. (I actually might've missed that feature now that I think of it)
Other than that, quite a masterpiece, and was definitely worth my time.
[INDIRECT SPOILER]
This game made me remember you spell the number 11 as eleven and not elleven. Ah, the nostalgia.
i think the word "what" is an understandement to how magnificent this game is
and also how FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE THIS IS
I've done it...I've finally.....fucking...done it...i've completed it..after years of terror, vigorous sweat...i've completed this..abomination....
Oh and this is my 69th ever review lmao
